Please complete the form on this page and submit it via the submit button at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the confirmation page which you should print off, this is also your contract. Please sign and return a copy of the contract to Marion Day, 1 Poplar Way, Hampton Park, Salisbury, Wilts. SP1 3GR together with your deposit cheque for £50 and full payment if due. Please ensure that you read the contract as it provides details of payment timescales and the terms and conditions that apply whilst you hire the Pavilion. Your booking is not confirmed until we are in possession of your deposit cheque.

Once you have completed the booking process, please return to the homepage and print off the user guidance notes.
